About The Studio

Join an art club that meets once a month for tweens and teens. The goal of the club is to bring together the artistic youth of our community and create an enriching space for sharing, learning, and creating art! The Studio is a non-judgmental and anti-anxiety environment aimed at nurturing the younger generation into confident artists. Meetings will include a variety of opportunities for participants including painting, drawing, sculpture and many other forms of art. The Studio is free to join but don’t worry if you can’t make every Studio event, come when you can! Registration for each event is encouraged but not required.

This session’s instructor

Holly Doucette has had the love of art since as far as she can remember. Fortunately, her family and friends nurtured and encouraged her talent throughout her life. Holly focused solely on art and art history and graduated from The University of Tennessee in Chattanooga in 2015. She has taught several classes, camps, and art events at The Art Center and is passionate about guiding the younger generation through the complicated but thrilling world of making and seeing art.
