About Live Drawing Studio

Practice gesture and live drawing portraiture. It is free to participate but cash contributions to our model are appreciated.

Be advised that all of our live drawing sessions will include clothed models.

*No instruction will be offered during this self-guided session.

**While you must bring your own paper and drawing materials, we’re happy to provide drawing boards and easels.

This session’s host

Jan Burleson completed her BFA in Painting and Drawing at the University of Chattanooga in 2016. Jan has taught multiple classes at The Art Center including painting, drawing and collage. Her work has recently been exhibited in Chattanooga, Knoxville and in our exhibition space. As a legacy member of the AACA, Jan consistently involves herself in theatre and musical productions and community outreach programs.
