About the Instructor
Deborah Kowalczyk, wife, mother and grandmother, has been drawing and painting since childhood. Returning to school while raising her children, she earned a degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, she has been working in the art field ever since. Taking continuing educational classes throughout the years has allowed her to enhance her skills. As an artist, enjoying the opportunities to work for many different companies and people from all walks of life and backgrounds has been a learning experience not everyone gets to enjoy. Home builders, magazines, car dealerships, mortgage companies and ministries, too many to list, as well as creating art for the everyday person who might want a certain picture or portrait is just a taste of where she has been.
