Entry Deadline: March 26 APRIL 5 at 5:00pm
In-Person at The Arts Center and Virtually via our website
Cost to enter: Free for High School Students, $10/entry for College Students
A curated and judged art show for high school and college students in McMinn and surrounding counties. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd per division, plus Best in Show awarded at the Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony on April 16.
Timeline
Now – April 5, 5:00pm: entry forms (see bottom of page), fees, and digital images accepted. Deadline is April 5 @ 5pm
By April 6: notified of acceptance
April 6 – 9: delivery dates
April 12 – 30: exhibit open
April 16 at 5:00pm: Virtual Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony via Facebook
May 3 – 7: pick up dates

CRITERIA
- All media and subject matter are acceptable
- Work must fit through doors
- Each student may enter up to three (3) pieces.
- Art must be ready to hang (click here for details) and sculpture must include a stable base (if you have questions, email media@athensartscouncil.org)
- Entry form must be received by April 5 (see bottom of page)

FEES
Those entering in the College Division must pay a $10 entry fee per piece they wish to enter. These may be paid online, by phone (423-745-8781) or in-person at The Arts Center. Those in the High School Division do not have entry fees.

DELIVERY
Accepted works may be hand delivered only to The Arts Center between April 6 & 9 during regular business hours (11am – 4pm).
Should you need to schedule an alternate delivery time, please contact media@athensartscouncil.org.
PICK UP
Exhibited works must be picked up from The Arts Center between May 1 & 7, 2021 during regular business hours (11am – 4pm), only.

AACA is not responsible for artwork left after May 7.
