Class Registration Policies

  • Pre-register for classes anytime up to three days before class begins (see each class for its registration deadline), subject to availability.
  • You may register in three ways:
    1. Complete registration in person
    2. Register online here.
    3. Call us at 423-745-8781 and we’ll take registration information over the phone with credit card payment.
  • Payment of class fee must be made in full at time of registration.
  • REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT PAYMENT AND COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM.
  • If AACA cancels class for any reason, full refunds (including class credit) will be paid to registrants.
  • Full refunds are available up to one week before class starts. No refunds after this time if student cancels.
  • AACA reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of students have not registered.
  • If applicable, the materials list for classes will be given once the class has made.
  • The materials fee, where applicable, MUST be paid with the registration, or you can bring your own.
  • A family discount is available for siblings under the age of 18 when taking the same class only.
  • Need-based scholarships are available. Please call The Arts Center (423-745-8781) for a form for your child’s teacher to fill out.
