Student will explore their own unique way of looking at the world, while discovering their ability to create and express emotions through music, singing and songwriting. We will study the components of basic songwriting: rhythm, rhyme, song structure, lyrics, and melody. Using the tools they have learned, students will join together to write a number of “song sketches”. Take your love of music and develop songwriting skills in a playful and collaborative environment.
